Mother Nature by Sandra C — What inspired me to draw this was the urge to show how deeply passionate and amazing nature is. This drawing is meant to show how the green of the earth needs to be spread more across this earth and be treated with respect and love. The bright colors are to show that no matter how hard nature gets hit, it always and somehow comes through. The bright face of the green-haired girl tells that when we people hurt the earth has emotions and feelings just as the people of the earth do. And we as the people of the earth should not be taking advantage of it but we should care and treat it as you shall treat your mother because as the creature of our world she is our Mother Nature. I love the results of how my work has come out and I would not change one thing about it.

I learned how to calm myself down when it comes to being overwhelmed and that it is okay to take a break. I also learned that while the times are tough, especially right now, that I need to try to keep my head up a bit longer than I do now. Because I never truly know what might happen.
